Definition and Function:

A rice husker is a kind of grain processing machinery mainly used to remove the glume of rice and produce brown rice. Its main functions include removing the husk of rice, reducing the cracking and surface damage of rice grains, and keeping the brown rice as intact as possible.

Main Components:

Working Principle: The rice husker strips the glume of rice through two main methods:

1. Rubber roller stripping: Utilizing the relative differential speed movement of two polyurethane rubber rollers, the rice grains are husked during the squeezing and rubbing process.
2. Abrasive disc stripping: With the help of upper and lower circular emery discs, the rice is husked due to the end pressure rubbing and tearing effect between the two discs.
   The mixture of rice and brown rice after stripping is separated by controlling the wind speed. The husk is sucked into the husk collection box, and the brown rice falls into the brown rice collection box.
