The 6LN-18/15SF rice whitener is an upgraded model specially developed by Sunfield Machinery for the market, primarily addressing three most troublesome issues for small and medium-sized rice mills worldwide: excessive broken rice during milling, excessively high temperature during rice processing, and overly complex operation.
“This equipment is designed to specifically meet the needs of African customers,” said the person in charge of Sunfield Machinery at the exhibition. The operation interface of the 6LN-18/15SF rice whitener has been simplified, with multilingual prompts, enabling workers from different countries to easily get started.
Sunfield Machinery: Customized Complete Processing Solutions
Since its establishment, Sunfield Machinery has grown into an agricultural machinery enterprise capable of independent R&D, production, sales, and after-sales service. At Sunfield Machinery’s booth, a customer from a grain processing plant in Uzbekistan, holding local paddy samples, communicated with technical staff: “We grow indica rice, and previously faced issues of unclear separation of broken rice during milling. Statistics show that within the first three days of the exhibition, Sunfield Machinery received multiple customers, most of whom came with specific needs — some intending to upgrade old production lines, others planning to build new processing plants, all hoping to find suitable rice milling equipment.
Notably, considering that customers in Southeast Asia and Africa also need to process miscellaneous grains, Sunfield Machinery has also brought supporting miscellaneous grain processing equipment. It plans to further expand its overseas market through the Canton Fair platform. The person in charge revealed that preliminary cooperation intentions have been reached with customers in Tanzania and Thailand, and localized after-sales services will continue to be promoted to ensure customers’ peace of mind.
